Jo Ousterhout

As an entrepreneur, consultant and senior executive on Wall Street, Jo has focused her career on creating opportunities for institutions and individuals. Her work experience includes the initiation and development of new products and businesses, banking, fixed income sales & trading, management, consulting and running an Internet retailer.  She has worked in the US, Asia and Europe for several of the financial world’s premier institutions.

Jo has been Executive Director and Chairperson of Dress for Success London, and Treasurer of Complexions Contemporary Ballet, a modern dance company in New York City.  She serves on the International Board of Advisors for Women’s International Networking and is a member of the Women’s Leadership Board of Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.

Jo holds an MBA degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in biology from the College of William & Mary.
